This beautiful airconditioned apartment is located in Quinta da Caldeira which is 500 metres from the Meia Praia beach and 1 Km. from the Lagos Marina. This apartment is home to the owners for many weeks of the year so is very comfortable, well furnished and equipped.
It is on the first floor of this three storey building. As you come in, you enter in the hall way where you have the master bedroom en suite on your left, another bathroom and the second bedroom following. The kitchen is at the end of the hall way to the left with the spacious living room and balcony to your right with beautiful views over towards Lagos and the ocean.
The swimming pool is shared by the 9 apartments in the building.
Just 100 metres down the road there is Jardim das Dunas pool pool complex which offers a large shared swimming pool, heated indoor pool, childrens pool and shaded play area, gym facilities and café/restaurant.
